Joint-staff training – QUALITAS

The joint-staff training will take place in Hungary, Szeged, where Qualitas will host and organise a targeted training session for the participants. Trainers will be the experts of Qualitas, M-Around and Menat. The training will be 3 total days of duration (30 working hours). We count with extra travel days as the sending organizations and the training venue do not have direct transport connection. The school partners of the consortium will delegate 4-4 teachers to the training with at least B2 English knowledge. Participants of the training will be delegated by the partners and will be selected based on their applications. Participants will be teachers, team leaders, mentors, other stakeholders, who will be able to transfer knowledge gained through the training. The main aim of this training session will be to present the training program run and coordinated by Qualitas in the project and to receive input from the participants regarding their existing knowledge and experience to the finalisation of the teachers' training (IO2). Participants will be able after the training to sufficiently build in the learning program the elements of life-skill development, implement different teaching methods and involve parents actively in the education to improve the student's life-skills. We expect that participants will contribute actively to the development and will form clear directions to the improvement of IO2. During the training, the participants experience the life-skill development training and discuss which elements they can use in their national, institutional setting, and what are the elements of the partners' examples presented in the project that are implementable in the project results. The learning activities will include lectures, visits, round table discussions, situational games and exercises. Participants will receive certificate and EUROPASS mobility what will certify the learning outcomes of the training.

3. Planned multiplier events

All of them will a whole day event, presenting project results and outcomes (including transnational and local results) to educational stakeholders: teachers, school principals, parents, educational authorities who have NOT directly participated in the project. It will focus on the strength of the project in each country and will search for cooperation with partners beyond the present partnership with a view to the sustainability of the project results. Therefore it is will be organised as a "fair" of life-management skills' development in education, inviting all those actors who promote or would like to better promote life-management skill development in schools. Following the plenary presentation of the project outcomes, afternoon workshops will be organised, presenting practical methods for boosting life-management skills. Presentations will be live broadcasted through the community media site of the project. With this more participants can be reached and bigger impacts can be achieved.
